As founder and chief executive officer of Genplant, Mike Solms is involved in all aspects of the company's operations, including product development, design, manufacturing, delivery and maintenance of complete energy solutions. With more than 25 years of experience in energy related industries, he has developed and delivered more than $1 billion of energy projects around the world.

Mike holds a BS in Physics from Jacksonville University, a BCE in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from George Washington University.

Ben manages the company's extensive project pipeline of industry-leading energy solutions and is responsible for developing adjacencies and leveraging Genplant’s world class modular offering. Bringing his experience in matching creative funding models to get projects installed and deliver positive results for our burgeoning array of clients.

Ben is an energy efficiency specialist with more than 15 years’ experience in management roles in the energy efficiency and renewable energy sector. He has a proven track record of managing teams and projects to identify and deliver performance-based outcomes for businesses. He has extensive experience across multiple sectors including industrial performance contracting, building energy efficiency, and Energy Savings Performance Contracting (ESPC). He has developed and implemented projects utilizing technologies such as co-generation, solar PV, battery, lighting, HVAC, smart controls, heat recovery and advanced analytics. Ben has lead sales and engineering teams in New Zealand, Australia and the United States.

As vice president of solutions, Nasiol "Nas" Saro oversees the engineering efforts for current projects and new product development. In this role, he leads the structural, mechanical, electrical and automation design of Genplant products. Nas brings 10 years of engineering experience to his position. Prior to joining Genplant, he served as electrical engineer and commissioning engineer for IEM Power Systems, where he directed commissioning efforts for large scale projects such as data centers, hospitals, and resorts in addition to the design of medium voltage distribution, low voltage distribution and generator control systems. Nas holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Florida

With 40 years of experience in the power generation industry, Mike Miller has a proven track record of advancing plant design, construction and commissioning into commercial operation. In addition to managing submarine power plant operations in the U.S. Navy, he previously served as director of operations/Americas for Oilfield Solutions, Ltd. and has held numerous plant management positions. Mike holds a business degree from Baker University and an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology.

Neil Grant leads Genplant's Jamaica operations, helping to establish the company's Kingston, Jamaica office. Prior to joining Genplant, Neil managed engineering and facilities for Red Stripe Brewery in Kingston, where he implemented the country's first LNG fueled CHP plant. He is a registered engineer.
